This page will be updated with news and information about fundraising opportunities and events for Retford Lifesavers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donations help the club massively with purchasing new equipment, and running events such as the Club Championships<\/a> and sending a teams to competitions, whether it be local or to the World Championships<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Australia 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had tremendous support for the fundraising for our club members who are competed in Australia in 2024, in the World Lifesaving Interclub Youth and Open Championships, and The World Lifesaving Masters Championships. Thank you to everyone who helped with quiz nights, raffles, cake sales, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Retford to Australia challenge on Strava….<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walk, swim, run, or cycle as a team to the Gold Coast. Our goal was to travel by these means a total of 10, 250 miles from Retford to The Gold Coast. We had a go fund me page for anyone who wished to sponsor our challenge. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

Foreign Currency Collection<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a currency collection box in local places around Retford… if you have any old or unwanted foreign currency we will gladly accept your donations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
